Markley Station

Greenville, SC

Markley Station, located in the bustling historic West End district of Greenville, SC, is among one of several new hubs in the city experiencing explosive urban renewal and growth. This 43,000 SF development was envisioned as a way for families and residents of nearby neighborhoods to gather and build community. The mixed-use development is a revitalization of two vacant buildings (formerly dry-storage warehouses), which required upfitting the spaces to bring more lively, unique offerings to the area. With tenants like Hoppin’, a self-serve beer and wine hangout originally from Charlotte, NC; Todaro Pizza from Clemson, SC; and Urban Wren, a new Greenville-based urban winery, Markley Station provides several beautifully designed spaces for families to stop by as they are shopping or walking in the West End.
