Insignis Partners and its co-founders have invested in over 20 operating companies, creating over 500 jobs in its combined 50 years of experience. Insignis seeks to continue to build its portfolio through the investment in current cash-flowing businesses, select turn-around opportunities and new company startups while capitalizing on the co-founders’ collective experience to build strong businesses for and alongside like-minded entrepreneurs. Insignis’ private equity division is focused on strategic investments in consumer driven operating companies, primarily the healthcare, packaging, and foodservice based sectors.
